Tibor Bosse has been chosen as the new figure head (Dutch: ‘boegbeeld’) of the NWA route Big Data. As a figurehead, Tibor has an important role in profiling national research in the field concerned, and has various tools to support this. Big Data is one of the largest of the 25 NWA routes. It is a multidisciplinary field in which data and algorithms play a role, but the influence on people and their behavior is also important.
